Upon termination of your account for cause, 5bnw reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds, where the termination is the result of a breach of these Terms.
Where an account is terminated for reasons other than a breach by you, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
